My name is Kim Gutierrez. I am dedicated to developing others to their highest potential through a balanced combination of education, innovation and design. For the past 7 years, I has been living my passion in creating effective professional development curriculum, materials, and assessments in the retail, healthcare and energy industry. Regardless of the industry, I excel in areas where I can develop innovative solutions that positively impact organizational culture.

My favorite thing about teaching is learning. I find that I have never walked into a classroom knowing everything. My students with their different experiences and knowledge base always have something new to teach me and each other. Training is so dynamic that you never walk into the same classroom twice.

When I am not taking over the training world, I am an avid yogi. I currently practice Vinyasa yoga, Bikram yoga, and core power yoga. I hope to get my Yoga Training Certificate in the spring of 2019; always a teacher at heart.

Outside of the classroom, I love to travel. It is my goal to learn about as many cultures and people as I can. I find that with each foreign place that I visit, I bring knowledge and experiences back that not only enhance the quality of my life, but also make the world a little less foreign.
